Refund and Returns Policy

At MetroMat Laundry Services, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our services and aim to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.


1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our laundry service, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll gladly offer a:

  • Re-cleaning at no extra charge, or

  • Partial or full refund, depending on the issue

We may request photos, receipts, or the items in question to help us resolve your concern.


2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds or credits may be issued for the following:

  • Damage caused during cleaning due to negligence

  • Orders lost or not delivered

  • Billing errors or duplicate charges

  • Services not performed as agreed (e.g., missed pickup, wrong detergent used)


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Items with pre-existing damage, heavy wear, or manufacturer defects

  • Claims made more than 48 hours after delivery

  • Garments improperly labeled (e.g., no care tags or incorrect instructions)

  • Items left in pockets (e.g., pens, cash, gum)


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
