2. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact and billing information

  • Ensure all items dropped off are safe to be laundered

  • Refrain from including hazardous or non-washable items (e.g., flammables, heavily soiled industrial rags)

  • Pick up your laundry within 14 days of notification unless other arrangements are made

3. Pickup & Delivery Terms

  • Pickup and delivery are subject to availability and location.

  • Missed pickups or deliveries without prior notice may be rescheduled with additional charges.

  • You are responsible for ensuring laundry is securely packed and accessible at the scheduled time.

4. Garment Care & Liability

We handle your garments with care using industry-standard processes. However:

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by manufacturer defects, pre-existing conditions, or items left in pockets.

  • Liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the fair market value or replacement cost, not to exceed $100 per order.

5. Payments & Pricing

  • Prices for services are listed on our website or provided upon request.

  • Full payment is due upon order completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with prior notice.

6. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours. Refunds or re-cleans are considered on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
